NC Designs specialises in Domestic Residential new build heating designs. We design in the region of 5000 house types a year, with most of this work coming from National and regional developers and manufacturers.

We also design for Heating and Plumbing Contractors.

We design systems from small one bed apartments through to multi-million-pound homes and are able to offer advice on the most energy efficient systems to suit the client’s needs.

We carry out the following designs: -

• Heating designs for houses based on Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Ground source Heat Pumps (GSHP), or Gas, oil or LPG boilers with radiator and/or underfloor heating.
• Heating designs for Apartments based on individual ASHP (or gas boilers) or communal (ambient loop) ASHP/GSHP systems with radiator and/or underfloor heating.
• Combined Heating/Hot water/ventilation designs to apartments using Heat Pump Cylinders.
• Hot & Cold water services designs to apartments and houses from unvented hot water cylinders (either via ASHP or gas boilers) or directly from combination boilers.
